Why this one is paid
Sometimes the right answer is something off the shelf. When that ends up in the finding, you have paid €497 for a recommendation that earns us nothing — and that is exactly why you can believe it when the next paragraph does point at a project.
A free intro call cannot afford that. It has to end in a deal, otherwise it does not carry itself. The price here is not an obstacle, it is what makes the recommendation independent.

No, and the price is exactly what keeps it from being one. A free intro call has to end in a deal, otherwise it does not pay for us. A paid hour does not. If an off-the-shelf product at a small monthly fee solves your problem, that goes into the finding — even though we earn nothing from it.
A finding of two to three pages: what is slipping in which area, in euros per month, broken down by phone, quotes, hiring and admin. Plus a recommendation on where to start and what that would cost. The finding is yours to use even if you carry on with someone else.
By video call or phone, no preparation and no documents needed. It helps to have someone in the room who knows the day-to-day numbers — the office manager often knows better than the boss how many calls go unanswered. You get the finding within two working days.
Yes, in full and against any project that comes out of it. If you go ahead with the entry stage, you pay the setup minus the €497. For a serious enquiry the check is effectively free, and we carry the risk of finding nothing.
You can, and you do not have to buy a check for it — the informal intro call is still there. The difference is what we talk about. In the intro call we talk about what is possible; in the check we go through your numbers one by one, and you get them in writing afterwards.
