I'm Stephan Graf, founder of meine-bots. No sales rep in between: when you talk to me, you talk to the person personally overseeing your project. Together with my team we configure your phone assistant, build your ERP integration and maintain your knowledge base.

If AI isn't worth it somewhere, I say so, even if it costs a project. Less revenue short-term, more trust long-term.
Your data belongs to you. That's why I offer self-hosting wherever it makes sense, and only work with vendors under a clean data processing agreement.
I work with a small number of businesses at a time, not because I don't want to grow, but because every system I build gets my full attention.

We build with a fixed toolkit we know well, instead of experimenting with a new trend tool on every project.

Our phone AI currently runs live in medical practices and trades and SME businesses across the DACH region, in real day-to-day operation, not just as a demo. I deliberately don't name specific clients here, out of respect for their confidentiality. In the intro call I'm happy to share comparable cases from your industry.
